[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really good fridge/freezer. We had to get the counter depth model because our layout requires that the door opens into the island. We don't seem to miss the refrigerator space but the freezer space is clearly less than in the standard depth fridge. We are probably going to buy a 2nd freezer. The storage in the fridge is adequate but the shelves in the left hand door are kind of wonky, i.e., odd shapes and nothing really fits well. The temperature controls are very accurate and easy to operate. however, they are located on the edge of the left door and are easily brushed. Usually the only things that happens is an annoying beep but it can change the F/C units. Annoying, but not a problem.
Over all, this is a very efficient machine that looks good.

Brands new frig. ALL the food in the refrigerator section is frozen solid on the first day. ALL my food is ruined. Frig is 2 days old, turned the temp up as far as it can go. ALL still frozen. Had to call for service....2 days old!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m thrilled with my new Frgidaire refrigerator. It is exactly what I wanted and was within my budget. It’s got lots of storage places in the doors for all my condiments, jams and sauces which leaves more room for food. I’m particularly enchanted with the location of the water filter as it will be sooooo easy to change. The control panel on the door frame makes it easy to check that temps are where they need to be. I’m very happy!
