[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only complaint I have is that the ice is difficult to get all in cup, a few pieces always end up on the floor. I love having 2 choices for getting ice, being able to get water with door open, the space and storage for counter depth is great! It’s a beautiful fridge and doesn’t show fingerprints! Very happy with this purchase. We will see how durable it is over time.

Uneven doors and Door doesn't shut without assistance

First refrigerator (same model) in new home had to be replaced due to inadequate seal and it made a lot of noise. Replacement refrigerator (same model) seemed fine for a day, but then noticed the doors are uneven and I am unable to close the left door without manually moving the flap that is supposed to lay flat upon closing.

Noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very noisy and wouldn’t level. We had to get a thin piece of wood to level it and stop the loud noise. Also, the plastic wrap on it required a razor blade to cut it out from under the rubber seals. I really expected those things would have been done when delivered.

Great Fridge with No Working Ice Dispenser on Arrival

We purchased a 4 piece Frigidaire Kitchen Appliance set and love it. However the refrigerator showed up with not being able to dispense any ice and the auger motor to turn the ice was dead on arrival. Our retailer out of the Phoenix Area shared the item is backordered due to the number of units failing and there is no timeline for repair. At this point, we love the unit but cannot recommend it in good conscience. We need a resolution ASAP!

Not a happy customet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Delivered in early April kitchen Reno finished last week. Door hinge bent doors uneven. Repair came to fix door still does not shut propletly. Ice machine gets jammed and then ice spits out when it melts in door. Water dispenser also leaks down front of fridge. Brand new and problems already.
