condensation inside freezer gasket

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not happy with this refrigerator because the freezer door does not line up with the top 2 doors. Because of this, I see condensation lying on the top of the freezer gasket; there is an air leak somewhere. Also, I have noticed white crystals of freezer condensation on frozen foods. The unit is quite beautiful and the interior lighting is super.

We purchased the counter depth and still have plenty of room for the two of us This fridge has two ice makers and has provided all the ice we needed for our party of 12.The door dispenser has a light that comes on gradually so your not blinded in the dark or you can turn it on and use it as a night light if so desired.

Need new Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can't use the ice maker because the ice melts. Air is getting into the fridge and causing heavy condensation. When the compressor cycles, it rattles the whole refrigerator. Its Not quiet. So yeah...we would like a new refrigerator.

Poor Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge unbelievably had no way to lock the door ice and water dispenser. That means no ability to clean the thing without getting water or ice dumped all over you. How this made it past the designers is a mystery, even the most basic of door dispense fridges has this ability, but somehow, not this one. Also poor finish quality on the stainless, missing chunks of the smudge-proof cover. Worst fridge I've had, definitely not worth the money. Save yourself the trouble and get literally any other fridge.

I ended up purchasing the Frigidaire Professional because it was the only refrigerator that was actually the depth it professed to be. I love my choice. My fresh food stays fresher than before. It is a beautiful appliance.

High end and spacious!

It is high end, looks amazing and is so much more spacious than the side by side we had before! plus it has a ton of features and neat storage nooks! The drawers are on rollers so they open and close smoothly. Overall- I love it! We waited a very long time due to supply chain issues caused by the pandemic but it was so worth the wait! We do have a valve issue but our local dealer is on the job to get it fixed asap! We have only Frigidaire appliances throughout our home!

I think it would get in the way of the slot pocket on the freezer door, so I understand why there isn’t one. But then the screws should face out, not in. With that one small change this would be a 5 star review.
