Did I get 2 Duds?

I bought our fridge and noticed the ice maker wasn't making ice and after 8 service visits and repair attempts they replaced the whole fridge. Now 1 month after the getting the replacement fridge, the it shut off. Apparently a freezer power supply Fan is faulty. Now I have been waiting 3 weeks for a part and haven’t even used the fridge. Now I have I am using a Loaner fridge until repaired, so I can’t even give a great review of functionality as the 2 I have had in less than 8 months haven’t worked. Sadly I’m not sure I can recommend this fridge especially when the service techs say “yeah this is a known issue”….so fix them then proactively.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fridge drawer keep beeping saying adjusting temp

Overall it’s an ok fridge but the drawers keep beeping a ridiculous amount and flashing adjusting temp. I thought maybe it was defective and needs fixed.

Terrible Appliance 3 Years Later

Have owned this fridge for less than 3 years and it has been nothing but a horrible experience. The door which has the water dispenser was not installed correctly so the bottom hinge is sagging and hits the freezer door whenever the freezer door is open and closed. The water dispenser on the door leaks when not in use. Finally, the unit is now gushing water at the bottom of it whenever it makes some strange sound, so I had to shut the water line down completely. Getting warranty service is also a nightmare fyi, even after purchasing their extended warranty. I will never recommend any of these appliances to anyone I know and will never purchase another product from the family of appliances affiliated with Frigidaire.

Runs very loud

I bought this fridge about two months ago. It is a nice looking fridge and the interior is nicely designed. However, it runs extremely loud. As well, you have to be very particular on where you place food items inside the fridge as most items placed near the back of the fridge freeze solid I had an appliance repair person come and take a look at the fridge. They said there was nothing mechanical wrong with the fridge and that was it's normal operating volume and the flow of air within the fridge does cause items to freeze at the back if placed infront of the vents.

Fantastic Appliance

My wife and I love this fridge. The layout inside is amazing even though it’s counter depth it seems to have as much room as our old full sized LG.
The dual ice system is perfect as we entertain a lot and this is the best idea I have ever seen.

Storage better than expected

Doors hold large items leaving plenty of room on the shelves. Holes more than our last 29 ft.³ fridge.

Working great for a year

No issues, does is what it’s supposed to however, the control panel is right in the way in your hand hits it every time creating a beep or changing the temperature, poor design
