Great looking with all essential features

Bought this because of its looks and the external water and ice dispenser. So far extremely pleased with it and it enhances the look of our kitchen.

Really like it. But all that matters really is how long it lasts before breakdown. Ask me in 5 and then 10 years!!

Poorly made, issue after issue for 3 of the same units

We bought one in 2016 and has no issues at all. During a thunder storm, it got hit by lightening. We got a replacement and the door didn't close properly. Due to the 3m wait for appliances during covid, we repaired it rather then returned it then had to wait 3m for a replacement. We had 7 repairs on the door slides before they agreed to replace the unit. New unit comes, we plug it in, the auger for the ice maker won't turn off. Hit water, it runs constantly. They send us a new unit 2 weeks later,the water dispenser drips constantly. I swear these are so poorly made, in Mexico, that your guaranteed to have a defect of some sort! It's a shame because it's beautiful and spacious and has a great look, but it's cheaply made IMO
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the Fridge layout!

I bought my fridge a month ago and happy I did. I like the layout of the refridgerator part ad love the ice and water feature. I am not a fan of the freezer drawer but getting used to it.

Great fridge but significant difficulty getting ahold of Frigidaire for warranty resolution

We love the fridge but the door doesn’t close properly. I’ve been calling Frigidaire.ca warranty for 2 months. Every time it says due to high call volume I need to call later. Also have emailed twice and never receive a response. Would not but other products based on difficulty with service. (No service)
