Near Perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge looks great. The dual ice makers are fantastic, its well lit and so far zero issues. A few things that I think could be improved on 1) The freezer slider tracks could be more robust. I don't think they glide as smoothly as I think they could and they rack. Maybe that should be a "professional" line upgrade in the future... 2) The top of the French doors don't perfectly align. It's minor but to anyone who pays attention to detail its noticeable. I imagine I should be able to adjust this myself but for buying the professional model I would have liked to see a bit more QC. 3) The door handle set screws are noticeable. I am not sure if there is a different place they could go to be better concealed but would be a nice touch.

Customization of space in it is a nice feature

Professional Series is a must!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a counter depth refrigerator it has great storage. Two ice makers with perfect size cubes for drinks or making blended smoothies. Very sturdy handles with heavy doors that close on own when slightly open.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this refrigerator for about 6 months and I want to love it but…. The ice maker located inside the fridge has not worked right since it was delivered. We have had a tech come out and he replaced the motor in February and it semi worked for a while but now is no longer working. Also the handle to the freezer constantly comes off and is difficult to reinstall. Now one of the door handles to the fridge is loose so it’s likely a matter of time that it comes off too. We have a tech coming out again and I’m hoping that the issues are resolved.
