Nice when it works

The fridge you asked about is a replacement fridge on my extended warranty plan. The new fridge Exhibited the same issues that’s the previous fridge (same model) did.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

frozen veggies

Just got this refrigerator and was so excited but when i went to get my vegetables out of the crisper some of them were frozen. i can't find anywhere what to do.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Vegetables freezing in the crisper is not expected, and we understand how frustrating that can be. This can sometimes be related to temperature settings, airflow, or how items are positioned inside the fridge. We recommend checking that the temperature is set within the recommended range and ensuring that food items are not placed too close to air vents.

So far , so good. Very nice looking and sturdy shelves. Fridgidair is the best when it comes to taking care of their customers
