We had the fridge for only one week when the ice/water locked on - so one repair call completed already.
The other concern is that sometimes the door flap on the left door doesn’t fully retract / which causes the left door to hit the right one rather than close.

There could be a few reasons why the refrigerator door will not close properly: The door was closed too hard, causing the other door to open slightly. In this case, you have to close both doors gently. Another reason could be that the refrigerator is not level. It rocks on the floor when moved slightly. In this one, you have to ensure the floor is level and solid and can adequately support the refrigerator. Contact a carpenter to correct a sagging or sloping floor. If the issue still persists, please contact us by phone at 800-265-8352. Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST, at your convenience.

Poor quality

Bought this unit in May 2022. Within 6 months started having problems. The ice maker in the fridge section has been repaired twice and still remains an issue. Keeps freezing up and now leaks. The freezer broke down and just had the electrical panel and fan replaced. Fingers crossed. Very disappointed with the brand especially as it's supposed to be the higher-end "Professional" unit.

Terrible Quality - multiple replacements, multiple issues

TERRIBLE quality. Purchased the unit late 2022 and the freezer did not seal properly so replacement was sent. The second unit had a control panel error code within hours of plugging it in. Another replacement was determined. The 3rd and current fridge arrives and has a very loud whining fan noise, along with the entire unit not being level. There is not way to level the fridge side to side, only front to back. Lastly, the right door was clearly not installed properly as the lower hinge is crooked causing the door to droop. To top it off, having to swap out the fridge 3 times has left lines in our vinyl floors from pulling the fridge out repeatedly. We bought this fridge for the dual ice maker and look, and are questioning our decision.

Poor quality

Got the “ professional “ appliances ( fridge , stove & dishwasher ), thinking we are getting a better product. Problems from every angle , fridge freezes everything , lost a good amount of groceries, sounds really loud at some points of the day , stove literally sounds like generator when it’s on , and when it’s off for over an hour , and dishwasher doesn’t clean properly, very disappointing and disappointed overall, just get the run arounds when speaking to anyone …. Hopefully no one else runs into these problems , stay away ….

Solid Fridge!!!

This is a well-built fridge. All the little compartments in it are perfect and it was so easy once we got it in place just a roll it back and not scratch my new hardwood floor.
