This is an exchange for the same mattress that over a few months, developed a significant sag on the right side of the mattress. We'll see if this one performs better.

I’ve been sleeping SO well in our new bed. We had a Queen original tuft&needle, which was fine. Recently we moved and definitely wanted to upgrade to a bigger bed that would fit my husband who’s well over 6ft. A cal king would be perfect for us. We decided to try out a different mattress as well as size and we went with the mint hybrid, the plushiest tuft&needle. I LOVE IT! It’s SO comfy and I’ve been sleeping like a baby every night.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Repeat customer after 9 years of Original Mattress

I'll start by saying I'm a return customer. We got a Queen size Original bed about 9 years ago and it was very comfortable with the addition of the mattress pad (pretty firm without the pad). That mattress still looks brand new (in shape, not color), no sagging, and is still super comfy. We put it in our spare room and I think it will last many more years still.
As I have tredged closer to 40, I sleep much hotter so I wanted to upgrade to a King size for more space between me and my partner. We still like the comfort of a foam mattress like the original, but I was worried I would still be too hot. I looked at ALL the mail order options and compared features and pricing. In the end, I decided I better get a hybrid version, given my warm sleeping habits, and I still liked T&N the most and wanted to try the Hybrid Mint version. The quality was there with our last mattress so we felt confident with the company, and I also like the zip off top for washing. It was not the cheapest option out there, but not the most expensive either, and in the end I wanted to love my mattress since we use it every day and decided to pay a bit more for the hybrid version.
We have had the mattress for over a month now and it's wonderful! Super comfy, we transitioned from the old one to the new one no problem, but I think I sleep better on the new one, it's very supportive in all areas of my body. It usually takes me a couple nights of no sleep to adjust when I'm in a new bed (like when traveling) but I adjusted right away with this mattress! Also, its soooo much cooler. I am no longer waking up in sweat. This could be due to more space between me and my partner, the hybrid coils, a new platform bed, or a combination of all factors. Either way, the mattress itself is quality and comfort, and we will enjoy it for many years if it holds up like our last one did! My only criticism is that the fabric on the bottom of the mattress is not as thick / sturdy as on the old mattress. If my cat ever gets interested in playing with the mattress under the bed, it would easily get shredded. So far he hasn't but it didn't seem up to the quality of the rest of the mattress to me. If this becomes an issue we would just put something between the mattress and the bed slats in the future.
I would recommend this to a friend!
