Absolutely love this printer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this printer. It was so easy to set up on my internet network. Prints extremely quick. Nice clean and crisp lookin prints. The only thing I've had trouble doing with it is adding it to my hp account and starting HP Insta Ink. I still need to play around with more of the features it offers. But so far I absolutely love this product.

An excellent color laser printer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Buying printers is one of those things that, despite their technological advances, we normally don't think about replacing unless there is a problem with our existing units. Enter the ultra-attractive HP Color LaserJet Pro 4201dn. First and foremost, it is an excellent printer that is very good at doing its assigned task. Pages look professionally printed and come out extremely fast. With the ability to print 35 pages per minute, this should suffice for any home or small office. Despite not being touch screen, the dial control feature works well.
The one thing I would advise to any future purchasers is to note that this particular model does require an ethernet connection, as opposed to wifi, so pre-planning placement of this printer is an absolute must.

Crisp and fast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The HP LaserJet Pro4201 is a quality printer. It is very easy to set up and instructions are easy to follow. It comes ready to plug into your network via ethernet cable or computer with USB. As an inkjet user in my home office, I needed to take the leap and purchase a quality desktop laser printer. The quality of the print is crisp and clean. It prints quickly so no long waits for large print jobs. The toner cartridges are easy to locate and replace. I love that the toner comes in individual cartridges saving money on just replacing what you need. Great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Printers these days are unnecessarily complex and need a thousand different drivers and don't work across computers and phones. Enter the HP Color LaserJet Pro 4201DN. It's simple and these days why pay extra for fax when you just need a solid printer? I opted for this model over the FDN for that reason. Color should always be in toner especially when printing large reports because ink runs out too quickly. Overall the initial setup was easy and I got it onto my network quickly and installed on my server via network. Then I was able to print to it from my phone via the same server and that gave me nice colorful pages.
Packaging wise its very compact considering it has 4 toner cartridges. The screen is easy enough to use and I like the splash of blue on the front. Pages come out quick with no smudges and so far I've printed over 100 pages with no jams.

I’ve always wanted a laser printer at home

I’ve always wanted a laser printer because I hate how slow inkjet printers are and how I always feel like I have to change the ink so fast. I was so excited to be able to have a laser printer at home. The printer itself is very sleek and looks great in the corner of my study. It prints super fast and the quality is great. I’m sure it will be an amazing help with my work as well as allowing my children to print out what they need for school. The only change I would make to the printer itself if I could would to make it have wireless capability, but that would just be a bonus feature really. Overall, I am extremely happy with my new printer and would highly recommend it to everyone.

Great Home Office Color Printer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right out of the box the 4201dn seemed like a great product. It was packaged very well and had a quick start guide as the first thing you found in the box. The printer is comparatively large, but the advertised dimensions were correct so it fit perfectly in the space I had allocated. Setup was extremely fast and easy, including the hard wired connection to a WiFi network to allow multiple users to print from anywhere on the same network. The printer is pretty quiet and prints very quickly in B&W as well as the ability to print on both sides which I did not have previously. Overall this seems to be a good value and solid printer for an office or home office setup.

A Great Replacement for Inkjet and Laser Printer

I mainly print documents with occasional color printing, and I scan using my phone so I wasn't looking for a scanner function in the new printer.
Easy Setup, Almost - Unboxing and initial setup were a breeze. The printer itself is a bit heavy, but getting it ready to go was quick. I plugged it in, answered a few setup questions, and downloaded the app. However, I missed a crucial detail: this HP printer requires a wired ethernet connection to set up with the app. After a quick trip to the store for a cable, I was back on track. Once I connected the cable, the app found the printer immediately and I was ready to print.
This HP printer is a speed demon! It handles both documents and photos with ease, and the double-sided printing is equally fast. Even when using duplex printing, the speed is impressive. The documents are crisp and sharp, and even photos look good on this machine.
For a color laser printer, this HP model has a surprisingly small footprint. It won't take up a ton of space on your desk. It also has a handy bypass tray that lets you print on specialty papers, which is a feature I might use in the future.
Overall, a Great Choice. This HP printer is a great replacement for my old inkjet and laser printer combo. It's fast, produces high-quality prints, and has a small footprint. Finally a printer that just works

Either the ink dried up or it didn’t print well or it just flat out broke. I just wanted something simple. Send the print job, it prints, done. I’ve finally found it. I’ve been using this printer a couple weeks and it’s been flawless. It’s so simple and it just works! The app is also simple and easy to navigate. I foresee this printer lasting years for me. Seems very well made and looks modern and professional. I would definitely recommend. I’m a heavy home user but believe it would be just as good in an office. So happy!
