Overall I like this printer HOWEVER there is one issue I cannot resolve

One problem. The printer driver came automatically set to duplex printing. I cannot find a way to turn this off. I usually do NOT want to print duplex, I want to print a single page at a time. For the rare times when I do want to print duplex, I have (since my initial HP LaserJet printer in 1983 or 1984) simply clicked to "print both sides". I don't care why you did what you did with this printer and its automatic duplex printing. I DO CARE that you tell me how to stop it...please.

Not as well made as my older printer. Tin instead of heavy plastic. It needs too much hands-on. Even when the paper is full it wants the paper loaded or button pushed. It needs to be turned on every morning instead of being ready to go. I don't like the rotating button to reach files.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was purchased to replace a previous LaserJet printer, which was very slow and lacked a lot of features. This printer is a work horse of a printer capable of supporting a smaller workgroup of folks. It has Ethernet connectivity and USB support. Wireless is available on the 4201dnw but if your using Ethernet there is a pretty good chance you already have wireless in the location its being used so to me that was money saved. The duplex printing is also a nice feature to help save money on paper and the environment. Setup of the printer was straight forward, unbox, pull of shipping tape, add paper, plug in ethernet cable, and plug into wall. Windows 11 picked up printer with no drivers or anything having to be done. Used printer-based controls to get the IP address of unit and connected and configure it the rest of the way from the built in management webpage, which i included a picture of in this review. Printer is very fast, even in duplex mode. Colors are bright and vivid and another great thing about this printer compared to most is that there is no ink that will be drying up and unavailable when you need color like there is when you use an inkjet printer. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase of this printer and it has been a welcome addition to my tech stack.

Blazing fast professional printer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This printer was very easy to set up straight out of the box. I was set up and printing color images and multiple documents within minutes. Having the flexibility to use the Ethernet connection or USB allows multiple users in the house to connect and print. The print quality is really nice and I am glad that it has instant ink so I never have to worry about running out of ink. The printer is actually really quiet and it prints very fast. The knob for control gets some getting used to but besides that it is very intuitive to use.

Great all around printer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First Off, this had to be the easiest printer setup. It came with the printer itself (pre installed toner), the power cord, and the instructions booklet. Once it plugged in, you plug in the Ethernet cable, and load the paper. It leads you through a few prompts on the printer and you are ready to print.
The printer is a decent size with a large paper tray. We use it for our home, but it could easily be used in a small office setting. If you are used to inkjet printers that take a bit to print, this print time almost seems instantaneous. We printed a couple samples right off the bat including a document as well as a photograph. The black and white document came out great as expected. The color photograph came out great!
Overall our family have not had any complaints. We would highly recommend this HP printer to anyone looking for to set it up in a small office or home. It gets an A+ for ease of setup as well as print quality and speed.

Office is in love

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this in this morning. I got to work hooked it up and printed all my invoices. They came out crisp. Out old printer was wrinkling our paper. Now we can read what's being printed. I can't wait to see how long the ink in this. We print about 2000 sheets in a week. I love that it's blue and has that color in out gray office
Update! Everyone loves this printer and how quick it prints out. I wish I would have gotten one that was wireless so the person next to me can use it also. It was super easy to hook up. Pretty much installed itself on my computer. Everything that is printed comes out crisp. It's so clear and my papers aren't wrinkled like the old printer. A lot more professional in my opinion.
