Great for the home or the office

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got the HP Color LaserJet Pro 4201dn for my home projects, and it’s been a game-changer for printing labels, color cards, and other small projects. Switching paper types is a breeze, which is super important when I’m juggling different tasks. The print quality, especially the colors, come out sharp and vibrant, which really makes my projects pop.
In terms of cost, I feel like I’m getting a good deal. The cost per print seems lower compared to other printers I’ve looked at, which means I can do more printing without worrying too much about my wallet.
However, while I love the printer, I’ve had my share of frustrations with the HP Smart app. It can be clunky and sometimes complicates things more than it helps. But once you get past the app, the printer itself is fantastic. It fits perfectly into my home office setup and handles everything I throw at it with ease.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great for WFH

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I print out a ton of paperwork for my job and this printer has been absolutely amazing at handling my work flow. The prints are vibrant and clear. It prints extremely fast in both color and Black. For a laser printer the toner is very affordable and worth the cost. My only issue is it is not wireless, and as I share the printer with my wife who also works from home, we did have to set it in our living room to keep it connected to the network.

Bright colors, great prints

The text is crisp and clear and the printer speed is quick both when first starting and when running the print job, and it’s amazingly quiet. The colors are vibrant, and presentations look impressive. I love the fact that I can do double-sided printing. It was very easy to set up – I didn’t have any issues. It connected to the network without problems and the kids are able to print easily from their laptops. I don’t have to worry about wasting ink to clean the printheads, the printer just works when I need it to. I would definitely recommend this printer to friends and family.

And I swear it has endless capabilities, you could entertain yourself for hours just trying all of the features! It definitely is way out of my price range, I would not have been able to afford this or try it's capabilities without the help of The Insiders, so thank you SOOO much, Insider Team!!

We use this printer for colored labels. Mainly black on white gloss labels. We have had it for approximately one month and have not had any issues. We had to use adobe PDF X to get the quality we were looking for.

I mean, it's a printer. When it works, it's a good one. A few times a week, it'll go non-responsive, wherein we can't print to it from any of our computers. Sometimes turning it off and back on again fixes it. Sometimes not. Stuff clears our workstations' print queues, and then does not print. Then, suddenly, hours later, it'll all print. Onto checks, if that's what's in the printer. Or checks onto plain paper. It's a mess. Do not buy.
