The weather station works great as expected and like my previous one. Easy to install. The display, regardless of being a newer design, is harder to read in medium to high light environments, the font color contrast is not great enough in my opinion for east reading, no manual way to change background brightness is a degradation in functionality. Increasing the wind speed ring and direction and reducing indoor parameters is also a degradation in my opinion. The higher frequency reporting from the station is a nice added feature compared to my old station.
The only change I would love to see is on the inside monitor I really wish the indoor temp and a couple other readouts were in a much larger font I could read across the room same as the out door temp
Love the display and layout but lost wifi and have not been able to get it to reconnect..

We apologize that your Wi-Fi has disconnected but we would be happy to assist! First, please perform the following reset with the display unit. ***This will clear all data on the display.*** 1. Remove all power, AC adapter and/or batteries from the display unit for a full five minutes. 2. Press and hold down the reset button, located in the battery compartment, for 20 seconds if applicable. 3. Plug back into AC power and/or insert recommended batteries. 4. Press and hold down the reset button for an additional 20 seconds if applicable. 5. Verify that the unit has powered on and once a connection has been made, attempt to set time and date. This weather station and display are excellent. We have this set up at a 2nd location away from our main home se we can monitor conditions remotely. The features of this bundle, combined with the My AcuRite app, make this a great setup for the price point. The only thing I wish it did differently is report the indoor temperature and humidity measured at the display to My AcuRite. When I ordered it I didn't catch that it doesn't do that, so we know everything going on outdoors remotely but no data regarding the indoor conditions.
