Upgraded from a previous 5 year-old Acurite. Like the new display. It is much better. Scant directions in the Model 06096 handbook made initial set-up more tedious than it shoould have been.

Hey it works I think the wind gauge is more accurate in this one picks up wind gusts better. Ordered this because the temp gauge went bad in the old one- I think the fan quite working only accurate at night or cloudy day. I liked the old b/w displays better, we had 2, glad they work with the new unit. jfo
