Best Dehumidifier I've Ever Had

I am very pleased with the performance of this dehumidifier. I have had several others that did not function like this one. The others would only last a season and then die. I also like the pump feature on this unit.

Dehumidifier - sucks out the warer

Are use this dehumidifier in the summertime to keep the humidity levels down in my basement. This unit does a great job. I have the outgoing hose to a floor drain. Haven’t use the pump but I guess for some applications that would work out really good.
When using the regular bucket it is easy to empty and replace. Filter is also very easy to pull out clean up and put back in
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fell short

Purchased in spring to replace another 1 year old dehumidifier that failed. The Danby was recommended by the salesclerk who stated that her's was several years old and running well. This model worked very well in a basement installation for a few months until the pump stopped working. Was forced to revert back to the manual dumping mode. I appreciate the 2 year warranty as this one will require replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
