Don’t count on them working long term

When is a company going to manufacture a dehumidifier that lasts more than a few years? Bought two of these in middle of 2021 and they both failed on me in 2025. These should last more than 4 years especially since I have them both in my basement to reduce the load on them if was only one. When they worked, they were great. I expect better performance than this when you spend this much on units.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Picked the product to use in our basement, We liked many of the features it offered especially the automatic drain, It eliminated the need to check the reservoir frequently.

This Humidifier is a replacement for one we bought only 2 years ago ! Hope this one last longer !
One suggestion: The water bucket for this unit would be easier to clean if the bottom would be smooth. All the little areas of the "grid" type bottom makes it challenging to clean when dust accumulates while the humidifier is running.
