Nice window unit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed our unit right before a big heat wave, it it has been super helpful for keeping our main floor of the house cool! I'm also a huge fan of how sleek the design is from the inside, and how it doesn't stick out far from the window itself. We've only been using the cool function (it's hot out!), but did try the heat function real quick and would say it seems to operate like a space heater.
While it's definitely a great unit, it wasn't the easiest for us to install since the directions advised us to take the unit apart to install the "sleeve" for the unit first, and then slide the actual AC part back in. I don't know if that was really needed or not? Because we ended up just mounting the whole thing at once and that worked just fine. That's the only reason why I gave it a 4 star rating.
