Powerful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this last month it seems to be working great so far. I live in converted patio that is either extremely hot or cold. And this has been way better than the portable air conditioner I was using. I deducted a star only because the remote rarely works, and it’s loud. It’s very heavy, and was a huge project to mount in the wall, but so worth it. It cools and heats a large vaulted space quickly! I’m very happy!

Some glitches

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems to work fine, heats well enough my 600sqft guest house, haven't had a chance to use the AC yet. Interesting that heat can only be used in Auto mode while AC can be used in Auto, LO, High. Remote never worked so I have to call about that. I've had the unit for about a month, sometimes it vibrates a bit. But all in all I am satisfied (just need to fix remote).
