Great Buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit about a month ago because we don’t have central heating and needing it for the cold winter months and we have really liked it. Especially that I can program it so that when we wake up or arrive home it has already started to run and warmed up our home for our arrival.

We just installed it and it won’t heat or cool.

We just unboxed and installed. It’s not heating or cooling. Called the number on the unit for help and was given a local number for a repair guy. So I guess we have to go that route.

Easy install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this in my man cave on 78 auto and econ mode. This keeps the 500 sq ft room comfortable when Im not using the room. I can drop the temp to 75 and in no time it has cooled down.
