Worked great for 2 months then died. Have serious problems. Cannot get in contact contact with Frigidaire.

Doesn’t work half the time.

The heat on it only works when it wants too. It will go a couple days with blowing out ice cold air on HEAT. Then it will work again for a few days. When it does work, it’s great! But for how expensive it was, I expect to work when I want it to work.

11,000 BTU Window Air Conditioner with Supplemental Heat and Slide Out Chassis

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new window AC with Supplemental Heat. It works great, just as it was advertised to do. I especially love the supplemental heat. It keeps my living room, kitchen, and dining area warm and cozy on these cold fall days. However the thermostat is a little off and must be set to a higher setting than normal. For example, in order to keep the room temperature at about 73 degrees, you must set the thermostat on the supplemental heat unit to about 80 degrees. Other than that, this is a great product.

The supplemental heat does not well work if the temperature outside is below 32 degrees. If you set the thermostat to 80 the air coming out is 70. Very disappointed.

Excellent Addition

The cooling is effective, and the multitude of functions and settings allows for accurate climate control. It doesn’t place a harsh demand on the power supply, either. I’m very pleased.

Excellent A/C
