[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My experience has been fantastic with LG PRODUCTS, so when my air conditioner recently failed...I did not hesitate to replace with an LG air conditioner... So far, so good!!! I'm hoping this product lasts at least as long as my LG TV has!!! (14+ years)

Cooling really well, also I like auto mode so it stops when temperature reached your desired setting. It is not very quiet as I would like but the noise is not worse than the other units I have.

I’m not happy with the front plastic grille. It vibrates and makes too much noise.

I spoke with the technician and I was told because the item was fairly new that they had to replace it with a new one and never heard back from him after that point

needed a new unit and wanted a 220 power which this has also like the remote ,don't have to get up to change settings.only thing i don't like is it keeps turning off compressor every so often. i would like it to run continuously
