[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Left final assembly to hapless homeowner. The front panel is not attached, you also have to plug in the wiring connector pigtail and snap the front panel in place, and attach the two securing screws. Not easy to do, as a regular length screwdriver won't fit in the narrow space with the front door in the way. I got it done. The customer should not have to jack with anything. Still has expected common features and panel layout you would be used to if you have used a window AC unit before; no weird layouts or difficult operational steps. Has a better housing design than the last one I owned (no vent louvers in top of unit for rain to get in).
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gets my house nice and chilly so far I love it. Pretty quiet for it’s size I like that it’s a 150v plug in
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this in 2021 to replace an older LG model. I was impressed after installing it and it’s now May 20th and just installed it up here in northern NY for this hot weekend & the summer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this based on the reviews a couple months ago and love the app connected controls and monitoring! Been working very well for us , especially like the energy saving mode and being able to track energy consumption!
Pros: ease of use, Quality, Features/Settings, Performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 2 of this same unit both started having problems within a year . One unit ,when you press the OFF button ,the control panel goes to a "Co" mode then when you press OFF again the panel goes to ENERGY SAVER mode ,press OFF a third time then it will turn off.
The second unit I have , when in DRY mode the unit runs at HIGH fan speed. The coils on the bottom two rows freeze up but only half way across in COOL mode and DRY mode.
Pros: ease of use

We would love an opportunity to help, however we need to move to a platform that supports back and forth messaging. Please send us a private message on Facebook or Twitter using @LGUSSupport and include #VOC, your contact info and model # and we would be happy to troubleshoot the issue.^Sandy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a 10,000 but unit but wasn't enough to cool down the house since this is a very hot summer we're not even half way through it this LG 14,000 but window unit is energy efficient very quiet and it does the job very happy I purchased this unit will take care of it for years to come
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this a month ago to cool a metal workshop and it has done an outstanding job keeping me cool and comfortable without shaking the walls down or irritating noises!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the LG inverter, Wi-Fi enabled air conditioner, & am surprisingly pleased. Gets cool quickly. Cools very efficiently the square footage that was suggested on the info of products.
