It keeps the work area at 75 degrees while outside temps are 110 degrees. Installation was very easy with clear simple instructions. Only added a few dollars to electric bill running it for several hours every day.

CH 26 error less than a year !!!!

I bought this ac about a year ago and I have always taken excellent care of it. I'm a single mom and work 60 + hours in the Texas heat. Now I'm a single mom who works all day in the texas heat and now I sleep in it, as well. It just displays CH 26 error. I wor hard for my money, when I buy something I expect
it to last..
If your looking for something short term, go for it.

Way better than I thought possible

I only have 115V so I wanted the biggest air conditioner possible, but it had to be as energy efficient as possible. I was able to at least check the reliability of the brands on CR but this unit itself was not rated, so I checked reviews in other publications. It was very well packaged.
I am amazed at the quality, cooling and quietness of this dual inverter unit. I don’t write reviews, but in this case, I wanted to share my experience to possibly help others with similar circumstances.
I’m very impressed with LG! If other LG products are this good, I would not hesitate to consider.

Don't buy it for the Wifi feature

It keeps our RV at the temp we set it at. We have pets and really need the Wifi option when we leave the RV. I can not get it to work after may attempts *I have been in IT for 25 years and this is my job.

Disappointed

Straight to the problem, the fan is not powerful it does not move the air. It cools the one room but that is it. I had the LG 12,000 BTU for about 5 yrs and the only complaint was the control panel not working as it should. The 12,000 BTU unit would cool 1,000 sq ft if outside temp was below 95.
This 14,000 BTU unit only cools 600 to 700 sq ft, not that it does not get cold enough but that there is not enough force to push the air into the other rooms. Wish I knew that before installing it I would have bought something else.
