Have been using for 5 weeks now in Houston. That means it has to deal with upper 90s temperatures and very high humidity. Amazingly it does the job. It's one year warranty puts me at ease that it will continue to keep cranking. My electric bill was great too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did quite a lot of research before deciding on the LG hoping that I was picking the right unit to replace my 10 year old noise maker. I picked the right one!
It looks good, it's wifi enabled, a great feature (needs 2.4 GHz network to setup my only complaint) What makes it a great choice for me is the quiet, background white noise that's all I hear. It's soo quiet, maybe that's because I've only used it on energy saver. It's all I've needed even in a recent heat wave. 72° on energy saver kept the living room cool, hallway and kitchen comfortable. My space isn't open concept.
I really recommend this unit.

Our electric bill has not gone up and it keeps the room temperature perfect. We leave it run pretty much all the time and it is so quiet it's unbelievable. I would definitely encourage anyone morning and air conditioners try this one because I think you'll be very happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought is AC a month ago. When purchasing I did my research on other window units. After reading reviews, I decided on this LG model. I am happy I did. Its so quiet you won’t even notice you have a window unit. It keeps my mobile home cool and comfortable. I have it in my living room...when I have guests over they stop and check out my AC and ask me where I bought it and how much it cost. I get complimented on how nice it looks and its cooling capability! It also comes with a remote and a little storage bin for the remote...as you can see in the picture I posted my husband placed it on the wall for easy access (way out of my toddlers reach). Moreover, I have had this AC running day and night since I purchased it early June 2020. I only had to clean the filter 3 times since then. And the filter isnt even that dirty compared to other brands I’ve owned in the past. This LG AC definitely is better than all the other models out there you name it! I’ve tried them all! All in all I always tend to stay with LG and their products. They truly are the real deal In every aspect! Thanks LG for another great product!

Super quiet...
We waited a long time before deciding to install an additional air conditioner to assist the central unit
Because the upstairs is always warmer than the down . The LG 14000 did the trick... plus it's super quiet... I cam barely hear it run... perfect for the bed rooms...

Perfect cooling down time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the LG 14000 BTU Dual Inverter Smart WiFi Air Conditioner about 6 months ago. I was able to place it in the hole in the wall where our old a/c was removed from since the walls of our mobile home are thin enough not to block any vents and we had already the outside wall mounted tray. It was September this year one of the hottest days in Lakeside Ca. the temperature peaked at 111 degrees. We got this 14000 BTU. S cranking up and with the dual inverter this unit had the front to back of this 48 foot mobile home cooled down in about an hour. The immediate bast of cool air at start up would have to be felt. I have been truly impressed by this unit by how quickly the dual inverter process works. My very first and it blast cool air quickly to be dispersed to the other rooms. Did check out the Smart WiFi and works as advertised. Highly recommend the airconditioners with dual inverter capability. Seems to have been efficient on the energy bill as well.
