We bought late last summer and it definitely made the DC summer more livable. It did have a quirky-ness with a sensor and error code. But hopefully it's resolved now, the service people were lovely.
Respecting reputation of LG, we bought this air conditioner looking for better cooling and lower noise. We love it; sometimes we forget it’s on. This is a strange noise it makes, like bad muffler somewhere on the streets. Except for that, no complaints.

I bought this machine over a year ago, and it's working great. Our home stays very cool, actually cold, during this hot summer. It's so easy to maintain and use, I love it.

Purchased 3_/5/2021 ran well for 2 yr. Runs but will not cool. Totally disassembled and cleaned, no help. Very disappointed. No customer service. Done with LG.

Easy to install. Easy to install on wifi. If you don't know how work wifi connection call an expert. Quiet operation.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with. They are the BIGGEST PIECE OF JUNK. they leak water don't do very good cooling or heating if it's under 40 degrees. Techs are a few times a year
