[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had originally bought another brand of air conditioner which broke twice. The store salesman felt bad for me and suggested this brand instead. Once installed, this A/C was much, much quieter. It also cooled my living room, kitchen and foyer. It’s amazing. I called the salesman and told him I owe him a hug.

It really cools a room!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am only on day 4 of owning this unit, but I couldn't be happier. Although it is louder than my old Friedrich of a higher btu, it cools much more efficiently. It's been over 95 degrees in NYC and there's been no issue cooling my open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. I love the thinQ app as well so I can control the a/c and timers from my phone.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After just a couple of weeks of using the LG 14000 BTU DUAL INVERTER SMART WI-FI ENABLED WINDOW AIR CONDITIONER, I am very pleased! Not only is it attractive and easy to use, it packs every feature that I could ever want and more. It is quiet, powerful and efficient. Finally, the cherry on the cake is that I can control it through my cell phone from anywhere! LG is definitely the prime source for superior air conditioning.
Put it and now have to take back out and suffer in the Texas heat waiting for another unit. The fan motor is no longer straight and irs hitting other internal pieces.
