Once installed, this A/C was much, much quieter. It also cooled my living room, kitchen and foyer. It’s amazing. I called the salesman and told him I owe him a hug.

It really cools a room!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am only on day 4 of owning this unit, but I couldn't be happier. Although it is louder than my old Friedrich of a higher btu, it cools much more efficiently. It's been over 95 degrees in NYC and there's been no issue cooling my open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. I love the thinQ app as well so I can control the a/c and timers from my phone.
