[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the LG14000 btu Inverter air conditioner because it's energy star rated & advertised to save 25% energy. I love it! It is so quiet, at times I think it's not on. I've been running it mostly on the economy mode, except for some real hot days. It cools our living room/dining area & kitchen & makes it so comfortable. I haven't got our first power bill yet, but I'm sure it'll be lower than from our previous unit! It's easy to use & has great features, such as wifi diagnosis withThin Q. The inverter function keeps it from cycling on & off so much, which I was told saves energy. This is my first LG appliance, but I am very pleased with my purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace a very old window model in our house. It definitely takes up less electricity and cools the area right in front of the unit but it ices up on the coils and does not cool the room as efficiently as our old unit.

Although this unit is only meant to cool a 450 square foot area, It does a fantastic job cooling the entire space. I was not familiar with the dual inverter; however, I am now a try believer in this technology.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to cool down my 1300 sq ft living room and this thing has amazed everyone on how quiet and powerful it is. In the past years I've had 2 portable air conditioners (18,000 BTU) that couldn't cool down the same space. The dual inverter technology is a game changer; because it's variable on the power load it doesn't trip my house breaker when it turns the compressor to max cool. This is the closest thing to the performance/efficiency of a mini-split unit without the hassle of installation! Highly recommend!

I bought this unit several weeks back and our house has never been so comfortable even though our Texas heat has pushed above 110 for several days.
I sit only a couple of feet from the unit and it's so quite I don't even notice it.
