[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really nice window unit. The compressor is nearly silent when engaged, so it works well in a bedroom environment. The only noise is the blower fan, and that's pretty quiet if you keep it on low. The wifi feature is nice, it lets you know the room's ambient temperature as well as letting you turn it on or off, change function, temp, and blower speed. It is a large unit, so you'll need two people to help install. However, the internal components slide out of the housing which makes installing the housing in your window much easier. Then, you just slide the heavy internal components back in and turn it on. Bottom line, it looks good, cools nice, and is decently quiet.

Replaced a different air conditioner that really worked fine but the noise in our family room drove us crazy. Always had to turn the tv volume way up. This air conditioner is quiet and with two room ceiling fans on it cools the entire downstairs. Thought it was a bit pricey but it was worth the money for some peace and quiet. The power saver function and wi-fi lets us turn it on and adjust the temperature so it’s comfy when we get home.

Super quiet you don’t even know it running and with energy saver mode it maintains the temperature you set it to. And it also hookup to your WI- FI so you can tell Alexa to make the room colder or warmer. Without even getting off your couch

Not only is it quiet but has remote an wifi control too.I can turn it on from another location to start cooling house before I get there.The app has a energy monitor that you can see how much your using. I believe I made a good choice in buying an LG dual inverter air unit an would recommend it to others.
