[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always had a special dislike for window air units as they are categorically loud, obnoxiously loud (inside and out), and brutal with the surge currents when they kick on. While it's not the quietest thing around (mini-splits are still massively superior in the noise department), it's definitely less annoying than any window unit I've ever had to use. I picked up two of these two bridge the cooling gap after my main AC decided to die horribly. At roughly half the capacity of my main AC that died, it's keeping the house at 68F while it's 95F+ outside without running flat out, and the fan on low. I'm having to use some construction fans to circulate air around the house but it's working well. I hope they apply this technology to the floor standing units soon!
I will be replacing my central AC and all the ductwork with an inverter driven hyperheat unit soon, which should be every bit as good as these window units.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with this purchase using in a 21x21 family room with 15' vaulted ceilings would buy again
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit to replaced a tired old one, this unit is a great upgrade from the old AC, it's quiet, sleek and efficient. I work night and I love that I don't get woken up from the compressor kicking in like the old one. I get more sleep now. I also love that I can say "Ok Google, turn on bedroom AC" and voila, it's nice and cool when I get home. I recommend this ac to anyone.
Pros: Style/Design, ease of use, Features/Settings, battery, Performance, Quality, camera
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from a 10,000btu unit and couldn’t be happier! It runs so quietly and almost effortlessly. The Dry mode is great!! Sometimes just taking the humidity out of the house is all that’s needed for comfort. Also being able to turn the unit on/off and adjust settings from the App is handy. The pup stays comfy while I’m at work :)
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best feature is the dry mode. It is an energy efficient way to recycle the air in the room and cool it quietly.
Perfect size for my work room. Easy to install, looks great and pushesnalot if air.
Pros: ease of use, Performance, Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] quiet, cools 800 sq feet well, high temperatures here sometimes 90 F, humidity can be hight, AC cools and lowers humidity well. Well designed for window insertion for double hung window. Follow instructions closely to install. Took me about two hours. The unit is secure in the window and sealed well with parts provided. I would buy it again. I have been using it for the last warm days of Detroit's warmest days of humidity. This is perfect since I am off the Detroit riverfront. This is ideal for lofts or any large open space. Quietest air conditioner I have ever had. Pleasant to look at and easy to install. Highly recommend this product!!
