[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for a 1100 square foot cabin. The footprint is 20 x 40 with an open half loft. ISo far it is keeping the whole cabin at a nice 77 degrees and we're into June in Texas! We will probably end up getting a smaller unit for the bedroom in addition just to help this one out, but as a whole it is doing its job wonderfully! Very quiet. Fairly easy to install, though I do wish the side panels were white instead of beige....on a whole im very happy with the unit. We will see how the electic bill turns out. Hopefully it will not be too bad.
