[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this in July for placement in the largest area of the house and it works great. Quiet for it's size and easy to operate. It is heavy so not easy to install or remove, but it kept us cool during the hottest part of the summer.

Modern Look To Go With Modern Tech

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this air conditioner. I Managed to place it in a centrally located spot and it works it just works! If I adjust the louvers in the grill I can direct the cool air towards other rooms as my house has an open interior design. If I set the airflow on high, it blows across the dining room, through the kitchen, and into the sunroom and I can feel a slight gentle breeze. That's 30 feet away! Mostly I use the energy-efficient mode. Set it and forget it. Nonintrusive, quiet.

Best AC I’ve Owned and I’m 58!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this window AC for about 6 months now and it’s the best AC I’ve owned at age 58. I use it in a 14 x 16 foot room that connects to my kitchen. At 12000 btu I was hoping it would cool my room off since my previous brand same size did not. Well it not only cools my room but also cools the kitchen that connects to my room. The extra! I’m living with a disability and have limited mobility. I connected this AC to my WiFi and Lex device so all I do is say Alexa turn AC to 72 degrees and it’s done without my having to struggle to get to the AC. I also added the app to my phone and can control the AC from anywhere. Say I turn it to 80 because I’m not going to be home all day. I can lower it to 70 before I come home with the App and the house is cooled off before I get there. I am so please with this AC that I bought a second one for my daughters room. And the electric bill is actually lower than with my previous AC because this one has new technology that allows it to auto adjust the temperature up and down on its own to save energy. I did a lot of online research before I invested my hard earned money so if you are considering buying a window AC and want a honest review you just got one.

Best A/C Unit that I’ve had so far!

It works very well and cools off my room like no other. I love that I’m able to control the temperature with my phone and that the unit has WiFi connectivity so that I don’t need to be home to control it.
