It’s a great air conditioner with a nice modern look.
Works well, cools the room.
My only issue is that it sometimes makes this squeaking sound when you turn it on

I have nothing but compliments for this Air Conditioner. It is as powerful and quiet as advertised. It had no problems keeping up with the heat wave of +90 degree weather. And there were no electrical issues with my other home appliances when it was in use. I highly recommend!

Keeps a large space cool. I love controlling ac with my iphone. AC is economical with energy saver mode and you can monitor your daily energy usage in real time with the SMARTHQ app. The filter is easy to clean when you receive the time to clean filter notification.

I had to return my first unit, because there was a constant clanking noise that developed after the first day of use. But after I got another unit, I believe that this is a really quiet air conditioning Unit. I love the smart features, and the ability to control the air conditioning unit from my phone, even while I’m away from my house.

This air conditioner has been working but makes a knocking sound unless pressure is applied to the side. I assume from shipping. I have a care plan so if it becomes a problem I can send it in.
