Great, quiet AC

I absolutely love this air conditioner. It is so quiet and cools my space with ease. My one complaint is that it makes this high pitch noise that is pretty hard to ignore once you notice it. I have searched all over to see if someone else has this issue but to no avail. Please let me know if this is a known thing and if it's fixable! The unit performs flawlessly though so it isn't a deal breaker, just want to fix it!

This AC is exactly what I wanted. Wi fi. Super quiet. And cools my living room. Able to listen to TV at normal volume. Cellphone app is cool.

Blows cold but not much output!

this air conditioner is very quiet and does blow cold but it does not blow hard at all. There is very little output and I actually had to put a fan sitting in front of it to Tryon get the air to blow throughout the room for it to do any good! Would not purchase again :(

Stopped working after one month

This air conditioner failed after one month of rare use. I repeatedly receive the E 14 error code which is not referenced in the manual complete waste of effort and money.

Fault or error codes are programmed in air conditioner controls to help service technicians quickly diagnose issues with the unit. In the event that the electronic control displays an EP or any other fault or error code, a trained service technician should be called to diagnose and correct the issue. We do not have a list of all the fault or error codes and their meanings since they all indicate a service issue.

Didn't work

Brand new unit, installed fine. Set to 72 degrees F, the unit produced no cooling effect in my room (22 ft by 14 ft). No icing or other issues, returned the unit.

Big Box go burrr

If size isn't a constraint, then this unit is for you. Cools my whole living room, dining room, and kitchen. Quiet mode is just that and made no significant impact on my energy bill. All around solid unit.

I can not give this item a good review right now this is a replacement for one that I had recently purchased and only lasted about three months and could not be repaired .
