I love this air conditioner it’s whisper quiet and works great. We have a small 850 square foot house and this thing cools it with no problem. Very happy with this air conditioner I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a nice quiet good working air conditioner.

Works great at first, then NOT!

It quit cooling after just 16 months of light use. The compressor is running. It sounds normal. All other functions are good. It just does not blow cold air. lt just blows! I do not recommend this product. It's expensive and unreliable. It should have lasted 8 - 10 years or more easily. It didn't even make it to 1-1/2. I am very angry about this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just put this in the den which was super easy to put up. All hardware needed is included in the box so you don't need to do a home Depot run or anything. My dens about 20x30 and in Florida heat it gets super hot but in about 2 minutes on high this ac unit cooled my den down with the bonus of it being super quiet. Now me and the family can actually use the space for entertainment.

I needed a small window unit for our den where our Golden Retriever is a very pregnant and hot lady right now. The unit works perfect in our 20×20 room. It is extremely quiet and I would definitely recommend!!
