POWERFUL and Silent

By far, best window unit made.
I am an HVAC tech. this unit uses technology usually only found in central units to be much more efficient and much quieter than normal window units.

Just an average product that could be a great one

It’s a good AC but makes a lot of noise. It promises a new inverter technology that’s supposed be o make the AC quieter. This replaces a LG double inverter AC and the LG it’s superior to this product in just about every category

DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY THIS AIR CONDITIONER. I bought one last year and after 4 months of use, it had an error code E-14. GE does not send someone to fix this item because the "parts cost more than to replace it" so I had to purchase another one and wait 8-12 weeks for GE to refund me. Since it was October, I didn't install the AC. Fast forward to today, I installed the new one mid-April, and it again has an error code aka is broken after 3 and a half months. Such a waste of time and money, steer clear of this unit at all costs.

Great unit! Weak inadequate sealing tape supplied.

Love my new Profile A/C! It's so much quieter than the old window unit I had. The instruction were a little confusing. And the foam sealing tape is definitely weak & inadequate.
