Good features but has a bad vibration

So far it works as good as I had hoped. The downfall at this point is that it sounds like the blower is out of balance and vibrates the window and wall. I was hoping that for the price and high reviews that it would be super quiet and tested to make sure everything is perfect.

COMFORT SUPERIORITY!

Here in Puerto Rico the temperatures are rising up to 115°F. I am declaring war with this beauty. A powerful windows AC inverter. Saving my family from a serious Heatstroke turning into an everyday hero with fresh an cold air.

Super Quiet Unit !

So Far no Issues. They work great ! I bought a total of 3 of these inverter A/C's. 2-10k btu and 1-12K btu to keep all 3 of my bedrooms cool. What really impressed me the most is how quiet they perform. they are by far the quietest i've ever owned. I sleep well at night without being woken up when a/c cycles. WiFi is also a great feature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great AC with one missing feature

This is a great unit in that it is very quiet. The only feature it is missing is a ventilation option. Perhaps that would conflict with the engineering that makes it so quiet. If you can live without the ventilation, this is the one to get!
