Best energy saving, quite and chilling ac

What a great window ac

This is a very efficient, quite ac. The installation was very easy with getting it up and running a snap. It provides excellent cooling even in +90 degree heat. Anybody who needs an ac for a good size room, I highly recommend this ac.

Love this ac. Easy to install and really cools the room and more. I got it when my central air was failing and just in time. I had no central air for 5 days and this little power house kept me cool (in one room) in 90+ degree temps. Life saver!

Cool, quiet and practically invisible.

It is keeping 450 sq ft of living space cool and is really quiet. One thing on install, which I did with help of a friend, is if your window depth is right on the limit of a setting, go with the smaller setting. Mine seemed like it should be on 2 but once it was straddling the window ledge the part where the feet would secure against the exterior wall was narrower than the window frame molding. Since the unit hangs below the window sill, it’s the thickness of the wall that matters. The installation video was helpful but not on this issue. I had to go to YouTube to figure out the adjustment needed. My unit is on a higher floor, so a bit more nerve wracking when trying to secure the unit & keep it level. Haven’t bothered setting up WiFi since I don’t use an Alexa like device, so no comment on that aspect. I just love how quiet it is and the options of auto & eco settings. I’m considering getting a smaller version for the bedroom because it’s much quieter than what I have now.

Highly recommend this care free unit

Wonderful unit. Easy to install with two people. Eco mode keeps my entire 1,100 square foot cottage with loft cool and dry. I do have a box fan running on low to help move the air through the entire house. Quiet operation, nice low profile look, insulation materials are clean looking and make a great seal. I watched the GE install video. I read reviews regarding water leaking inside after a while, a guy on you tube has a great video on an easy fix for that, too, so no worries, it a simple clog. Worth the trouble because it saves you the constant emptying of condensate water, it’s pumped outside with this unit. I considered a free standing unit, so glad I bought this instead. I don’t even use the remote or Bluetooth, no need, I just set the temp and mode and forget it, my home is so comfortable with zero hassle, very little space taken up.
