The installation is straight forward. The window seal foam is a bit to flimsy and a more substantial foam is needed to do a better job.

We love our new GE Clearview 6100 btu window air conditioner. It's not just the smaller view footprint, but also how much quieter the unit is than our older traditional window units are - huge difference, and that's why we bought these.

The 10,000 BTU cools well

Overall this is a great AC unit. I got a 10,000 BTU and that size cools my place nicely. I like that it can be on Wi-Fi as well. I do wish the remote button glowed in the dark.

Cold, Quiet, and Efficient!

Fantastic! Installation was a little tricky with my horizontal sliding windows, but still fairly straightforward and the end result looks so much better than a typical window unit. Much, much quieter than my previous portable AC and gets cold pretty quick! Especially loving the energy savings and the ability to monitor usage from the app!
