[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The AC is nice and the fact that allows for more window makes a huge difference. It’s not as loud as a conventional AC however it does vibrate more than I would like it to be.

Great cooling and great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has done quite well with cooling, and I'm sure it would be better if where I had it setup at would have better insulation and windows, and the features are nice as well. It is a big improvement over the old one that I had where the whole unit was in the room and ran a hose to the window to vent. I believe in the years to come I will still be very happy with it once the warm temp`hit the great frozen North.

We'd like to assist with your air conditioner no longer cooling.
We recommend checking to see if the filter or coils are needing to be cleaned. As when the filter is dirty, it can greatly reduce the efficiency of cooling. You will also want to check if any obstructions are blocking the vent. You can also try an electronic reset. This can be done by unplugging the power cord for 2-3 minutes, then plugging it back in. Decent cooling performance, poor SmartHome support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lots of air gaps inherent in the design, despite significant efforts on my part to try to seal them all. Smart home support is frustrating. No Apple HomeKit, even though you used to support it? Remote has an annoying requirement to 'wake up' the device with an extra button press. You can disable this, but then the lights stay on permanently.
