Excellent window AC that lets lots of light into the room. Very pleased with energy efficiency options and quiet mode. Install was easy and look 30 minutes. It's a great option if a mini-split or duct AC is not possible - I live in a small brick condo, so an efficient, easy to use window AC is a must.
The only drawback is vibrations the machine makes when cooling on high mode, otherwise I would rate as 5 stars.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We recommend resetting your air conditioner by disconnecting power from the unit for 2 - 3 minutes and reconnecting power. If this reset does not revert the unit back to normal operating function, we advise scheduling service to get this error code properly addressed. I love the ac. It cools well and doesn't block the view out my window. The only problem is I keep getting the P1 code and have to drain it continuously. Is there something wrong with it or are they made that way?
