Returning after 4 days

Almost best AC, I've ever had, cools efficienctly. Returning after only using 4 days. Has a small outside rattle, but not the reason I'm sending back. Advertised as having a dry/dehumidfy mode, it doesn't, at least in the mode cycle. That's one of the primary reasons I purchased the PNNT10CC
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Model PHNT10CC does not have a Dry mode. Our Product Team is currently working on getting this resolved. We are so very sorry for the inconvenience.

Follow the instructions like the manual tells you and you won't have any problems. Works exactly as it should, great experience with expected results from GE. Well pleased, hope it stays that way

Great for 5th wheel

Installed this in my 5th wheel and it works great. Install was easy and fit the window great. Very quiet even on max fan speed and cooling. Also this will be more energy efficient than the 5th wheel roof ac unit that doesn't cool at all. This unit should cool the entire 5th wheel. So far very happy.
