Overall the Weber 28” griddle is great. Assembly was easy and didn’t take very long and the seasoning process was quick. Cooking on it is fun and the results are great. If I had to pick something to change about this product would be the lid. Would be nice if you could close the lid while the burners are on if you wanted to steam something or just keep something warm. Other than that this is a good product!

Awesome little toy! Lol! This thing is making me feel like a real chef! The griddle temperature is easily controlled, doesn't rust (it's well covered), doesn't get scratched but the spatulas. It's geavy duty! It's awesome!

Warped griddle out of the box

Very disappointed!! I want to love it soo badly but I can’t. I put the entire griddle together and when I put the griddle top on it, it would rock side to side. I took it off and loosened every screw that it came with and tried adjusting it but all screws lined up perfectly and there was no adjust to be made. The griddle came warped as I check it with a level. I have used it four times and the griddle is slowly getting worse. When heated it is 1/4” gap when cooled it rocks 1/2”.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Totally awesome. Only have a small upper deck to put it on and it's a perfect fit. Easy to clean up and cooks evenly. We don't eat meat so we cook every veggie imaginable on it and no need for a million utensils or baskets like with a bbq. Pancakes are perfect on this and omelettes. Having so much fun cooking on this. No problems with lighting it. Have no complaints.

i love this grill. my husband likes to cook on his acorn but i love the griddle. i have made a few meals on it so far. fried rice, philly cheese steaks and breakfast. it cooks everything perfectly.
