I received a replacement, pre-seasoned, rust resistant 28” griddle. My original griddle was purchased 3 years ago and rusted very badly. The new griddle is great and performed extremely well right out of the box for a graduation party where lots of burgers and hot dogs were cooked.

Seems to be a good quality item. Easy set up and we’ve enjoyed it. We have the Weber smoker. It had an issue. I called the support line and it was like old school support. The person on the phone actually called me back to make sure the parts arrived and I was able to easily install them good company from my opinion.

Purchase my Weber grill about a month ago to complement my Weber Genesis grill. The heat is very controllable and evenly heat the griddle. Cleans easily with a splash of cold water after use and stays rust free with a small amount of olive oil. I have cooked everything from steaks to grilled vegetables, to making a large breakfast. If I were to do this again I would repurchased the same griddle all over again.
