First attempt at using a griddle after years of grilling over charcoal or flame. So far I've done steak, burgers, fajitas, rack of lamb, and I'm very pleased with the results. A quality item, consistent with Weber products. Love the Weber grill and expect to have a lot of fun with trying breakfast one morning.

The griddle has even heat and no hot or cool spots. It is able to cook at lower temperatures than my previous non-Weber griddle. I think the cover could be a little bit more sturdy, but it is not an issue for me.

It is cooking ok but I have 3 other Weber cooking devices and they are all very well made. This one feels a little wobbly and not as solid as the products I'm used to getting from Weber.
