Amazing griddle!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m new to owning a griddle and I can’t believe it took me this long to get one. This Weber griddle is amazing. It was packaged very well and the instructions were very easy to assemble. The seasoning process was straight forward. The food that I made on this griddle came out delicious. The heat is distributed evenly throughout the cooktop. I’m looking forward to using this all the time in the summer instead of cooking in a hot kitchen.

I’m am new to cooking on a flat top as this is my 1st griddle. I’m very happy with the quality of the griddle. The food I have made so far has been amazing. My 2 dislikes are the grease trap location, it takes up cooking space and my burner on the right is hard to get lit. Overall I’m very happy.

I was so excited I couldn’t wait to get this Weber Griddle out of the box and built. The assembly part was good with the easy to follow directions. Then I got right into the seasoning process which to be honest takes some time for sure but it’s a must and was well worth it. The seasoning process is included with the booklet that’s included with the Griddle but I like to watch YouTube videos so I turned to YouTube and I found a lot of great tips for using my new Griddle!
This is the first Griddle I’ve owned so I can’t compare it to others but for me the design of this Weber griddle is prefect. I love having the grease tray slot right on the top so that I can just slide all the scraps into it, making the cleanup process very easy.
It has 3 temperature control knobs so I can control the temperature pretty well to have different zones to cook different things all at the same time.
There are 5 of us and so far this 28” griddle has been great for making us some great meals outside!

I heard a lot of skeptical comments about this grill, and I don’t know why. Maybe it’s because Weber pioneered covered cooking outdoors and never made a griddle (though the last point is wrong). I find this griddle well made and not overenginered to drive the price up. Cooking on it is fast and reliable. Temperature control is excellent. Those are what shine for me. I’m glad I tried it for myself.
