Amazing griddle I haven’t cooked indoors in a month. Told some friends and they each bought one . There isn’t much that you can’t cook on this griddle.

First attempt at using a griddle after years of grilling over charcoal or flame. So far I've done steak, burgers, fajitas, rack of lamb, and I'm very pleased with the results. What i like and dont like about my griddle

Works very well uses lots of propane though but cooks fast and evenly i think the only thing i dont really like is the clean up and messiness you absolutely need another whole side table to put stuff like utensils etc on
