I have been looking for a quality griddle for a couple of years, as I think it makes more sense than a traditional grill. When I saw that Weber had a new one that just arrived at my hardware store, I bought it. It was fully assembled by Weber for a garden show and the store bought two of the display units.
It works great, hands down a winner.

I've used it for about a month now and love this product! The griddle was easy to season, heats very evenly, and is a breeze to clean. Search "The Flat top King" on Youtube on how he seasoned his Weber 28" griddle.

This Griddle is perfect for cooking on. I have cooked pancakes, Eggs, and French Toast for breakfast. For dinner I made vegetables and chicken fried rice. Apples with Carmel. There's only one bad thing about it the cover is very cheap and flimsy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never bothered to cook inside the house, but now that I can do it outside for the neighbors to see, I LOVE IT!!! Seriously assembly was a breeze with well diagramed instructions, I honestly only messed up once because I wasn't paying attention and put the side shelves on upside down, super easy to fix. I failed to realize the amount of time needed to season the new griddle and strongly suggest that you do not attempt to just do it after the first use. Take the time to do it right and you won't be sorry. There is a spot provided in the front left corner to scrape excess grease/debris off the cooking surface. It feels like a really solid piece of equipment that is made well. The griddle is heavy so it retains its heat well and heats evenly when needed but with the adjustable burners you can turn the heat down to create different zones for cooking.
