Just purchased this recently. Love the design, especially the grease catch. I prefer it's location to other brands and it is significantly larger which means no overflow during extended use. Just cooked smash burgers for my daughters college field hockey team, did 80 bugers and it held heat the entire time. Rock solid product

I love cooking on my new Weber 28” griddle. I’m amazed how easily it is to griddle the protein, chicken, hamburger, or steak, along side vegetables. I don’t have to worry about any of the food falling between grates or fire erupting all around. I also love how I can have different zones of heat so I can placed finished foods aside to the cooler zone and keep cooking the rest of the meal. Nothing like it! I won’t be going back to a grill ever.

My first griddle, but long time Weber user. Great size and quality as I have come to expect. Really like the 3 burner setup on a 28” griddle (rather than 2). Lightweight and very portable. Fast to heat up, even heating. Responds well to “zone” cooking due to great engineering. Does not take up much space.
