The cooking surface has imperfections that bulge where the angle iron underneath was welded. The side tables are nearly useless due to heat. The middle burner fails to ignite most of the time. Overall, I appreciate the temperature consistency but at best it's a 3/5.

Love this griddle. Easy to put together. Great heat distribution and easy to maintain a constant temp. I've been using it so much I feel bad for my kettles just sitting there being neglected.
Awesome griddle and great customer support, bought new and setup was fine straightforward, I had issue with front cover but customer service took care of it right away, we have been cooking on this every other day and food taste good! Weber is top notch !
I have only had my Weber Griddle for a couple of weeks now, but I have been really impressed with it so far. It did take some time to season and has taken me a few times to figure out the best temperatures and hotspots. My best recommendation is to start your grilling on "low". My first few attempts I started on "high" and the food tended to stick. Grilled veggies are the best!
I have buyers remorse since I should have purchased the Weber 36" griddle instead of the 28". The griddle itself is great with ALMOST constant heat distribution from top to bottom and side to side. Invest in a heat thermometer gun to check temp of griddle top.The problem is the griddle top warps and the grease puddles to one side as a result. Also the gas regulator hose is to short if you want to add a gas gauge to see how much propane is left in the tank.
