If you take the time to thoroughly season the griddle it will make a world of difference. I used grapeseed oil and cycled through 4 seasoning actions. I use olive oil to cook with and nothing sticks, plus I have zero rust. The griddle puts out pretty even heat that fades slightly as you move further away from the burner center. This is a great addition to my grill assortment.

Its the perfect size. Heats up quickly and evenly. Cleans easy. The side tables offer adequate space place uncooked items on one side and cooked items on the other. Storage shelf ovvers a place to keep your spices. Griddle tools and seasoning products.

This griddle saves us time cooking and cleaning. The heat up is fast, the heat is even across the cook top. My daughter had a birthday party and cooking birria tacos for 20 was so quick!

What a great griddle! Seasoned up perfectly. I did a total of 5 coats followed by cooking onions. This griddle is built very sturdy and it should last a long time. Looking forward to more cooks.
