This is my first griddle and first Weber purchase. I had heard that the build quality for the griddle seems a little more “flimsy” than their grills. I was actually quite surprised how well the build quality was on the griddle once I built mine due to hearing this feedback.
The griddle cooks perfect. Great heat distribution, great response from the controls, and very well easy to clean.

Cons: my only knocks on the griddle are the thin cover(can’t put it on the griddle when it’s hot), and the lack of casters on all four posts.
All in all, this is a great product and I am very happy with it after a dozen cooks.
