My first griddle. Long time Weber fan so I had to give the Weber a try.
Pros
-Weber quality. Compare the feel of the powder coat on the shelves to the other brands, it looks and feels like it was built to last.
-Even heating. True “low” setting so you aren’t burning eggs.
-Lighting is effortless and very efficient.

Changes I would like to see…
-Four wheels instead of two. I have to move this around a bit and it would be much easier with four wheels instead of two.
-Integrated fold out counter to maximize counter space. You can never have enough counter space and the opportunity is there.

I can't say enough about how much I love this griddle. This was my first griddle and first Weber and both experiences have been great so far. The only thing I'm knocking a star off is whoever designed the trough wasn't thinking as the are crevices where gunk can land and not make it to the drip tray. So far that's my only complaint
